JWC-NK400 BABY DIAPER MAKING MACHINE

Main functions and features:

1. The machine can produce regular type, economic type and high grade type baby diapers.

2. Materials of stereo-protection are complex and molding on machine. Waistband, frontal tape and side tape are cut automatically. Extension of rubber band can be regulated.

3. The quantity of SAP and fluff pulp can be adjusted freely according to the customers requirements.

4. Raw materials automatic unwinding system, tension of material during production is stable. Materials automatic splicing, rejection units and edge guard system all attached using with the main machine.

5. Programmable controller, man-machine interface, frequency converter is of Germany SIMENS brand.

6. The machine is attached with fully automatic packing machine (Stacker), making packing simpler and save labor force.
